Terms & Conditions

Ordering

To Make an Online Purchase:

1. Click on 'Add to Basket' to include items you wish to purchase in your shopping basket.

2. Follow the online instructions to complete your order.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order. If necessary, we may follow up with a phone call to confirm details, such as artwork requirements.

Please note that order confirmation does not imply that a contract has been established between us. A contract is only confirmed when we send you an invoice. This clause is designed to protect us in case of price changes, unintentional pricing errors, or if we are unable to supply a specific product for any reason. If there is a price discrepancy, we will always contact you first to ensure the new price is acceptable.

If your order is for an exhibition stand, additional provisions at the end of these terms will take precedence over any conflicting terms listed here.

Client Supplied Artwork

When submitting proofs of your work for approval, please note that Display Box Exhibitions will not be liable for any errors that are not corrected by you. If alterations needed are significant enough to require additional proofs, extra charges may apply. If you leave style, type, or layout decisions to our discretion, any subsequent changes you request may incur additional fees based on time and materials.

For those requesting hard copy proofs, the first proof will be provided free of charge, while any subsequent proofs will be charged at £15 plus VAT each. It’s important to keep in mind that we will retain your design proofs for a period of three years from the date of sign-off in case you decide to reprint.

If your supplied artwork require additional artwork hours, these will be billed at £50 per hour plus VAT, with the total cost needing to be pre-approved by you before any work commences. Lastly, please ensure you have Adobe software to set up your own artwork efficiently.
